(1) Aqueous Dispersion Resin Primer:
The first step involves the application of an aqueous dispersion resin primer, specially formulated to protect concrete and mortar surfaces. This initial coat ensures optimum adhesion and prepares the substrate for the following steps.
(2) Waterproofing with Elastic Bi-component Mortar:
An elastic bi-component mortar is then applied to ensure effective waterproofing. This layer not only prevents water seepage, but also offers flexibility to adapt to possible structural movements, prolonging the service life of the cladding.
(3) High Strength Bonding Bridge:
To ensure a durable bond between the layers and improve chemical resistance, a high strength bonding bridge with high adhesive power is applied . This step is critical to the structural integrity and longevity of the coating.
(4) One-component adhesive for natural or pigmented aggregates:
The next step involves the use of aone-component adhesive, free of solvents and fillers, specifically designed for bonding natural or pigmented aggregates. This adhesive, classified as fire resistant (category Bfl s1), guarantees a solid and durable bond.
(5) Sealing with Aliphatic Polyurethane:
Finally, the process is completed with sealing using solvent-based aliphatic polyurethane (A+B). This sealant offers excellent resistance to wear and UV rays, ensuring a durable and aesthetically pleasing finish. Its resistance to wear and chemical agents guarantees the long-term protection of the pool.

These tests cover aspects such as adhesion and wear, flexural and compressive strength, slip and slip resistance, as well as resistance to chemical agents.
